Yes, I also agree with luis that we should take care of our 'pocket' also with emotions. Surgery involves great amount of money and risks.

Well yes there are so many emotional risks in a cosmetic surgery like one have to arrange the definite fund for the procedure and also he has made their after surgery image. If surgery goes wrong it will be a horrible situation for him.So proper care should be taken before doing plastic surgery in respect of treatment and their total cost.
